3. Product Information & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, specifications, nutritional data, packaging sizes, and loading capacities displayed on our website are provided for general informational purposes only and are subject to the following conditions:

  • Accuracy: While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product information, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, photographs, or specifications are complete, current, or error-free. Actual products may vary slightly from displayed images due to natural agricultural variation.
  • Pricing: No prices are displayed on our website. All wholesale pricing is provided on a case-by-case basis via direct communication (WhatsApp, email, or telephone). Prices are subject to change based on seasonal availability, market conditions, quantity ordered, and destination port.
  • Availability: Product availability is seasonal and subject to crop harvest cycles, weather conditions, and supply chain logistics. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product listing without prior notice.
  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): All commercial orders are subject to minimum order quantities, typically starting from one full container load (FCL). Specific MOQs vary by product and will be communicated during the quotation process.

4. Wholesale Inquiries & Quotations

When you submit an inquiry through our website's contact form or WhatsApp channel:

  • Your inquiry will be reviewed by our commercial team within 2 to 4 business hours during regular working hours (Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM GST).
  • Any quotation (Proforma Invoice) provided is valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • A quotation does not constitute a binding contract. A legally binding agreement is established only upon execution of a formal purchase order acknowledged and confirmed by both parties.
  • We reserve the right to decline any inquiry or refuse to supply any order at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

5. Payment Terms

Commercial transactions with Wadi Aldeqa are governed by the following payment conditions:

Payment Method Details
Letter of Credit (L/C) Irrevocable L/C at Sight from internationally recognized banks. Preferred method for first-time buyers and large volume orders.
Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) Advance payment via wire transfer. Typically 30% advance with balance against copy of Bill of Lading (B/L).
Cash Against Documents (CAD) Available for verified and established trade partners with a proven transaction history.

All payments must be made in United States Dollars (USD) or UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Company reserves the right to modify payment terms for specific transactions.

6. Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are dispatched from our logistics hub at Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai, UAE. The following terms apply:

  • Incoterms: Unless otherwise agreed, all shipments are executed under internationally recognized Incoterms® 2020 (e.g., FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW). The applicable Incoterm will be specified in the Proforma Invoice.
  • Shipping Documentation: We provide complete export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, and Fumigation Certificate (where applicable).
  • Transit Times: Estimated transit times are provided in good faith and are subject to factors beyond our control, including weather, port congestion, customs processing, and carrier schedules.
  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterm for the transaction.
  • Insurance: Unless shipping under CIF terms, marine cargo insurance is the buyer's responsibility. We strongly recommend comprehensive all-risk coverage for perishable goods.

7. Quality Assurance & Claims

We are committed to delivering products that meet internationally recognized quality and safety standards:

  • All products are sourced from certified farms and cooperatives
  • Pre-shipment quality inspection conducted by our QC team
  • Compliance with destination country phytosanitary and food safety requirements
  • Third-party inspection available upon buyer's request and cost
Claims Policy
  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of arrival at destination port
  • Claims must include photographic evidence, surveyor report, and temperature logs
  • Claims arising from buyer's improper handling, storage, or reefer malfunction are excluded
  • Maximum liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Wadi Aldeqa Goods Wholesalers L.L.C or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

For commercial disputes relating to specific trade transactions, the parties may agree to resolve disputes through arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) or any other mutually agreed arbitration institution.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
